Everbility does not in any shape or form use your data to improve or train its AI models. Everbility is in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Are my notes and templates shared with any other user?

Absolutely not. Any client notes and templates that you upload to Everbility are not accessible by any other user.

Does Everbility offer in-service training?

Yes, we do! Please contact us at support@everbility.com or book a meeting with us using the 'Book a demo' button. We have offered in-service training to a number of organizations and are happy to do so for you.

I live outside of Australia and the US. Can I use Everbility?

Yes, you can provided you are compliant with your local laws. Everbility is available worldwide. Everbility is compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are in the process of becoming compliant with GDPR. We recommend de-identifying your client notes before uploading them to Everbility in the meanwhile if you live outside Australia and the US.

Will Everbility do all my work for me?

No, Everbility is not a replacement for your clinical reasoning. Everbility is a tool to help you get through your documentation a lot faster. You still need to use your clinical reasoning to make sure the generated content is accurate and relevant to your client.

Which allied health professionals can use Everbility?

Currently Everbility is customizable for Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, ABA Practitioners, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
